What type of information does Delgado collect?

There are some information you provide to us directly:

– For private users: your email, password, firstname, lastname and a profile photo are required to create an account and make use of the services which Delgado provides.

– For companies: your company name, email and your company location are required to create an account and make use of the services which Delgado provides.

– Photos/Images/Videos which are used when creating or participating at challenges.

– Communication between you and Delgado. For example you receive an email from us to confirm your email and registration.

Cookies and similar technologies

– When you visit the service, we may use cookies and local storage to collect information about how you use Delgado.

– It is possible that we ask advertisers to serve ads to your devices. In turn they may use cookies placed by us or from third parties.

Device identifiers

– In case you use a mobile device to use the services of Delgado, we may access, monitor or store on your device one more device identifiers. These identifiers help us to uniquely identify your mobile device.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

In addition to some specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:

– develop and test new products and features

– remember information to offer you the option not to login everytime when you leaved the app

3. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

– The information we receive from our users will not be sold to any third party libraries. All the data which are stored at Delgado will be only used for internal analytics.

Parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content:

– In case you decide to use the core functions of Delgado you have to be aware of sharing content to the publicity like your profile photo, firstname and lastname which can be seen by other users. There is no option to hide these kind of information unless you choose the way not to add your location.

– If you remove information that you posted to the service or even delete your user account, some copies may still remain on our servers but they will be not visible for other users anymore.

What happens in the event of a change of control:

– If we are acquired by or merged with another company, all of our assets are transferred to another company.

– We may share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so)

–  Delgado cannot ensure the security of any information you transpit using our services. We can‘t guarantee that information on the service may not be accessed, disclosed,altered or destroyed.

5. YOUR CHOISES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION

–  The core feature of Delgado  is creating challenges. You can either create your own challenges or participate at existing one from different users. It is up to you if you want to share your private photos/images/videos. Without any content, you can’t participate or create any challenge.

How long we keep your User Content

– We even may store some information you transferred using the service like chat messages between other users, even after you delete your account. Deleting your account ensures that all your personal information like first name, date of birth, profile photo etc. are removed from our database.

– Please be aware of services linked to our services from third parties. When you click on a link which leaves the services from Delgado, our privacy policy does not apply to those third-party websites. You have to inform yourself about their privacy policy. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your user content.

Wie lange wir Ihre Benutzerinhalte aufbewahren

– Möglicherweise speichern wir sogar einige Informationen, die Sie über den Dienst übertragen haben, wie Chat-Nachrichten zwischen anderen Benutzern, selbst nachdem Sie Ihr Konto gelöscht haben.
